Blisters not healing or healing by scarring on sunexposed areas

• Pemphigus Vulgaris:

seen in fourth-fifth decade
Skin shows autoantobodies against intercellular antigens hence shows acantholysis.

• Bullous Pemphigoid:

70-80 yrs age and Blisters at dermo-epidermal junction
