Important one liners

CT Abdomen with contrast is best investigation for renal stones.
If kidney doesnt pick up contrast then pick up Renal Angiography.

DOC for pnuemocystis is TMP-SMX
prophylaxis:
TMP-SMX
Dapsone
Atovaquone

Mycobacterium Avium Complex AC
Rx: Clarthromycin+Etahmbutol ( may or may not add Rifabutin)
Prophylaxis :
Azithromycin once a week
or clarithomycin twice a day
Rifabutin is alternative
