Otitis extrena:
Pain on pulling pinna
and on pressure on tragus
ear canal may be edematous, full of purulent debris

Rx:
Clean air canal with loop or cotton swab
instill topical antibiotics
neomycin
or bacitracin
steroids :to reduce inflammation
